The annual Senior Connections Computer Fair is from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. May 19 and 20 at the Penn State York Campus, Information Sciences and Technology Building. It's for those 60 and older. Preregister by May 9 by calling 848-4417. Cost is $5 per class, $10 for a two-session class or $15 per day.

Whether you lift cards in pinochle or barbells in weightlifting, there's a place for you in the 2009 York County Senior Games. They run from June 21 to 28 at various locations across the county. The games are for those 50 and older. For information call the Area Agency on Aging at 852-4964.

And if art's more your speed, the Senior Art Show runs from June 24 to 27 at Central York High School, 601 Mundis Mill Road. It's for those 60 and older and there's a $7 registration fee. The registration deadline is May 29. For information call the Agency on Aging.

A Family Caregiver Support Group, sponsored by the York Area Agency on Aging, meets from noon to 1:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month (July 10) at the Codorus Valley Corporate Center, 105 Leader Heights Road. For information call 771-9058.

 

 A discussion group for those 55 and older meets every Tuesday at the Jewish Community Center, 2000 Hollywood Drive, York. For more information about the Tuesday Club, call Iris Katz at 843-0918. 

 

 Jewish Family Services of York offers three programs for those 60 and older: A men's Think Tank luncheon group; a women's Lunch Bunch luncheon group, and a Stitches of Love knitting circle. For more information call Jessica Brein at 843-5011.
